We live in a world with so much diversity, yet we often believe that everyone is like us rather than understand there are significant differences between people's personalities and styles. This class uses a personality style instrument (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) to identify individual differences and then discusses how this information can relate to relationships at home and at work.
