Mike Vanchiere recently received an email from a student Shayne helped through the resource line. She was blown away by his patience and expertise. Shayne is constantly doing and suggesting things that will improve efficiency and is very concerned and aware of our students' successes and regularly goes the extra mile to help them. He deserves some praise and recognition for being a Fred on the resource line. Great job, Shayne!!!
