Freds of the Month-June, July and August

Congratulations to MARK FREESTONE, HALI PLATT AND LINDSAY GRINER, our Freds of the Month for June, July and August 2012!

He’s here early in the AM till late in the evening working extremely hard for this company and the 26 people he’s over. His attitude is amazing as he has a “Can Do” attitude about anything and is always up beat!  Anytime Mark identifies a bottleneck, he’ll immediately identify the issue and if necessary take it over and add it to his plate, even though his plate is always extremely full.

Hali Platt deserves a Fred Award for her incredible work on the Prosper Summer Party.  Hali led the Culture Committee’s efforts with tireless enthusiasm, an amazing eye for detail, and unfaltering desire to provide a party that showed sincere appreciation to employees.  In spite of a big budget cut, she worked wit the Culture Committee and with the EC to create a party just as memorable or more so than last year’s.  And throughout it all, even in the midst of restructuring, Hali continued to rock it in her own department.  We’re all very fortunate to have a co-employee who works so hard behind the scenes without seeking any recognition.  So giver her some recognition, dangit!

Hali has been running around pulling double duty with V&E, HR, culture committee, leadership committee, QA, Lead Distribution, scheduling, NW calls, Robert Pardon calls, Adam Mortimer calls, and C2 calls.  They have single-handedly orchestrated one of the biggest departmental cross training campaigns in the history of Prosper – all while being short staffed.  They should be recognized for stepping up!

She has been such an AWESOME help to the HR dept. With very little training from the HR team, she has been able to jump in and do amazing things with the workload in a very short time. I'm impressed with her hard work, diligence and efficiency. I also appreciate her for being proactive and for her constant follow-through.

They each received $200, a certificate of recognition, a copy of The Fred Factor book, and a red Prosper shirt. 

Congratulations to our newest Freds.  We appreciate ALL they do for us!!!
