The deadline for this is September 30, 2011. We will then prepare the product for distribution at each office location.
When you pick up your product, you will be required to sign a product agreement that looks like this:
“In exchange for the opportunity to receive surplus products and materials (collectively Product) from Prosper, which may also include outdated or damaged Product, I represent that I am accepting such Product for personal use only and agree to never sell, resell, lease, reproduce, transfer or otherwise authorize use of the Product for compensation or remuneration of any kind, either directly or indirectly. I understand that the Product is provided at no cost or low cost on an "As-Is" and as available basis, and there are no warranties, express or implied, and the materials are educational and not intended to provide legal, accounting, investment, or tax advice.”
