For employees who are eligible and would like to enroll into the 401k plan beginning April 1st, the deadline to return your enrollment document is Wednesday, March 28th at 5 p.m.
If you are eligible but not interested in enrolling at this time, please contact HR for a waiver document to complete.
Enrollment packets are available in HR. There are also some packets in the Rexburg and Draper offices.
