November Fred of the Month Awarded!

Congratulations to NICOLE MANSFIELD, our Fred of the Month for November 2011!

 “Nicole has been a resource to many departments and has taken the initiative to improve processes.  For example, she took the initiative to update the Front Desk Instruction manual and catalogue the Prosper Library.  I have received nothing but rave reviews from people who have come in contact with her."

How Does the Fred Award Work?

1.         Employees nominate other employees for the Fred Award.  Email your nominations to Fred@prospering.com.

2.         Each week, four nominations are chosen to receive a certificate and a $25 gift card.

3.         Each month, the Operations Committee votes on who will receive the Fred of the Month!
