Stock Market Update!

Hello Prosper,

It’s time for another stock market update.  I have personally been involved in the stock market for about 12 years now.  Yet I still wake up early each morning and turn on CNBC to see what is happening in the stock market.  This is something that I love to do.  All our stock/FX (FOREX) coaches are the same.  They love the market and enjoy watching it.  Watching the market gives us an idea of which way the market may go or give us valuable information on individual companies or sectors of the market.  As stock/FX coaches we often hear this question: if you are doing so well with your investments, how come you are coaching?  This is a great question and one that is easily answered.  We have a group of coaches who love people and enjoy giving back.  We all love to teach and invest.  But perhaps we are a bit selfish as well.  We have found that as we teach others the principles that really work, we are constantly reinforcing these same principles and our investment percentages actually increase while coaching.  Another benefit of coaching stocks/FX is that we can get tips from other investors on potential investments.  Other coaches and even our students can give us valuable information from time to time. 

Each week we meet as a stock/FX division and discuss the current stock and FX market conditions and any upcoming news events, sectors, stocks or currency pairs on the move and why.  We discuss the strategies that are currently working and why.  We are always up to date on market conditions and we pass this information on to our students.  With the market always changing it is vital as investors to be able to change with it in order to make money no matter which way it moves (up or down). 

Right now the US dollar is weakening (has been for quite some time).  When the dollar weakens there are areas of the market that will begin to move upward.  The easiest area to spot is ‘Gold’.  If you haven’t noticed the price of gold is at an all time high of $1,307 per ounce!  WJW!  Well guess what?  There are a lot of gold mining companies that are really on the move with this news.  Silver and copper are also moving along with a host of commodities.  Knowing this information tells us as investors the areas of the market that we should be investing in.  We teach students how to follow the big money in the market.  This is just one small little part of what we teach your students.
